Gentle Warriors includes 16 herbal formulas − 11 general formulas and 5 Peacemakers formulas. All are mild tasting, low-alcohol, liquid extracts that are easy for children to swallow. Adults can and do benefit from them as well.
The Gentle Warriors formulas support the welfare of children, addressing many of the most common childhood disharmonies. The Gentle Warriors Peacemakers are constitutional formulas that nurture a child’s nature (Li), each child’s intrinsic organizing pattern.
Ingredients: Hyacinth bean, Chinese yam rhizome, Lycium fruit, Poria, Job's tears seed, Lotus seed, Euryale seed, Roasted Chinese hawthorn fruit, Tangerine dried rind or mature fruit, Radish seed, Phragmites rhizome, Fennel fruit, Magnolia bark, Fried kudzu root
Water 48% to 54%
Vegetable Glycerin 24% to 26%
Alcohol 10% to 12% by volume
Recommended Dosage
2-3 times daily:
- 0 to 4 years 15-30 drops
- 4 to 8 years 30-45 drops
- 8 to 12 years 45-60 drops
- 12 years to adult 60-90 drops
- 30-35 drops = ½ dropperful
Warnings
- Shake well before every use.
