From what age can children take Junior C?
-Junior C is a child-friendly formula and can be given to children as young as 4 years old. Just make sure that your child can chew the tablet well, so it should not pose a choking hazard.
How many Junior C tablets can I give my child daily?
-The dosage for Vitamin C is very relative, as it depends both on your child’s age and how your child is feeling. For children taking Junior C daily to help support the immune system, only 1 or 2 chewable tablets daily are sufficient. However, if you are giving Vitamin C because your child isn’t feeling well, you may give a couple of chewables daily divided throughout the day.
Is there such a thing as overdosing with Vitamin C?
-Vitamin C is water-soluble, which means that it leaves the body rather quickly. Therefore, if one takes more Vitamin C than necessary, they will get diarrhea, and the excess vitamin C will leave the body.
Can the Junior C be crushed and put into a drink?
