Super EFA Liquid Plus CoQ10 is a unique combination of CoQ10 and essential omega-3 fatty acids that helps to maintain cardiovascular health. CoQ10 supports cellular energy production, and is present in tissues with high metabolic activity, including the heart. CoQ10 is also an important intracellular antioxidant. EPA and DHA further support healthy lipid metabolism. In a randomized, placebo-controlled trial involving 67 adults, supplementation with 1.56 g of EPA and DHA daily for 12 weeks promoted cardiovascular health.*
