MegaGenesis was created to reintroduce a microbe from the past that's missing— Limosilactobacillus reuteri PB-W1® strain (L. reuteri).
The unique strain was isolated from a healthy Papua New Guinean adult. The PB-W1® strain's phylogenetically unique characteristics differentiate it from other westernized L. reuteri strains.
Our non-industrialized ancestors followed a diet rich in plant-based foods that were seasonal, organic, and diversified. However, over the last 100 years, industrialization has changed the food supply and shifted dietary patterns.
