We are happy to ship USPS first class for free for all orders over $25. And USPS Priority for free for all orders over $115.
USPS First class delivers to most addresses within 1-4 business days upon the time of shipment. Most commonly 3 days. Orders above 1lb or $115 revert automatically to USPS priority at no charge.
We ship from Arizona and use some distributors with locations on East/West coast, so we are uniquely positioned to get your order to you efficiently.
Priority can be received in 1-3 business days upon the time of shipment. Most commonly 2 days. Priority can be selected for any order for $3.50 and is also FREE for orders above $115, or that exceed 1lb.
USPS Express & UPS Next Day Air saver can be received in 1-2 business days upon the time of shipment. Most commonly 1 day as long as order received prior to Noon Arizona time.
International can take 7-14+ days and may require a custom quote beyond the default $25 charge. Duties and fees are region-specific and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders under $25: $3.50 shipping charge for first class. $7 charge for priority
Orders over $25: FREE first class USPS shipping or upgrade to Priority for $3.50
Orders above $115: FREE USPS priority.
Orders ship within 24 hours - The tracking number is released to you upon shipment.
Some services do not release the tracking number to us until the evening or next day despite same-day processing. You will receive tracking information as soon as the package is scanned by the USPS which can be afternoon or evening.
Friday orders may revert to Monday shipping. USPS freight does not move on Saturday even though post offices are open and deliver on Saturday.
Every once in a while, due to 3rd-party policies, address location, backorders, steep product discount, or other unique product circumstances, shipping may take 3-5 business days, or an order may be split into more than one package.
Order confirmations can take ~3 minutes before appearing in your inbox.
Orders to Short-Term Addresses (Hotel, Vacations, Airbnb, a Friend's address...):
When shipping to these addresses, please allow enough buffer time to allow for occasional shipping delays through USPS, or based on time of your order or distance from Arizona. If you are no longer at the address, instruct the residence to mark the package as "return to sender" or to forward it to your subsequent address. Double and triple check that the address is formatted correctly.
"Overnight" USPS Express & UPS Next Day Air Saver 1-2 Shipping
$25 up to 1lb, greater than 1lb is subject to a surcharge (typically $5-15). We'll notify you as soon as possible if your order is subject to added fees. Please watch your email for inquiries related to your order. We do not offer Sunday delivery at this time. Friday after noon, or Saturday orders may not ship until Monday. We work within our capacity to get orders out as we can.
Some addresses take 2 business days despite the express rate. This is still the fastest option when compared to Priority or First-class mail delivery times & still subject to the surcharge.
We do not see a guaranteed delivery time until the USPS scans the item.
Time of order & distance of address to nearest US airport can determine shipping time.
The shipping time for express packages is guaranteed by USPS - but not released until USPS scanning of the item.
Stop shipment / redirect requests are not guaranteed to work & incur a charge by the USPS that is the responsibility of the customer.
Product Returns are fully reimbursed within 30-days less any shipping fees. Reimbursement of express shipping is dependent on USPS policies - not ours.

Outside of US?
Most orders of Microbiome Labs products qualify for $25 shipping rate. Larger orders (12+ bottles) may be subject to an additional $25 surcharge.
Expect shipping times to take 7-14 days. Customs delays are out of our control. Any duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot reimburse shipping costs for international product delivery or return costs. We do not accept or process international returns of opened jars
Tracking is provided for up-to-the-minute updates on the status of your delivery. Expect to receive your tracking information in the evening on the day the order is processed.
Of course, occasional instances of items on backorder may delay order processing.
Any delays will be communicated to you as soon as they are identified.
Any delays that occur during transit, although rare, are an issue with the postal carrier and unfortunately is out of our immediate hands.
Occasional USPS delays are out of our control. Please contact your local post office with any questions or special instructions on your shipment or to inquire about delays.
Most items ship from Arizona, which can be beneficial for afternoon orders coming from Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones! Orders after 12 pm Arizona time (switches between PST and MST) chance shipping the following day.
We reserve the right to split shipments as inventory dictates. We carefully control our inventory but we cannot control supply on the manufacturer side and split packages may arrive at a separate time than intended. These instances are out of our immediate control as we can be dependent on 3rd party policies and supply issues.
Other shipping services may be used for back-ordered items, or products with unique supply issues, packaging, or size/shape.
