Shipping Policy

We are happy to ship USPS 2-day flat rate for most orders within the US - arrival in 2 shipping days (minimum $25 order)

Orders under $25:  $3 shipping charge.

Most orders ship same-day - The tracking number is released to you by the end of the day.

Some services do not release the tracking number to us until the evening or next day despite same-day processing.

Every once in a while, due to 3rd-party policies, address location, backorders, steep product discount, or other unique product circumstances, shipping may take 3-5 business days, or an order may be split into more than one package.

Order confirmations can take 5 minutes before appearing in your inbox.

Overnight USPS Express 1-day Shipping

$25 up to 1lb, greater than 1lb is subject to a surcharge (typically $5-15). We'll notify you as soon as possible if your order is subject to added fees. Please watch your email for inquiries related to your order. We do not offer Sunday delivery at this time. 

Some addresses take 2, and even 3 business days despite the express rate. This is still the fastest option when compared to 2-day flat rate or First-class mail delivery times & still subject to the surcharge.

We do not see a guaranteed delivery time until the USPS scans the item.

Time of order & distance of address to nearest US airport can determine shipping time.

The shipping time for express packages is guaranteed by USPS - but not released until USPS scanning of the item.

Stop shipment / redirect requests are not guaranteed to work & incur a charge by the USPS that is the responsibility of the customer.

Product Returns are fully reimbursed within 30-days less shipping any shipping fees. Reimbursement of express shipping is dependent on USPS policies - not ours.

Outside of US?


Most orders of Microbiome Labs products qualify for $25 shipping rate. Larger orders (12+ bottles) may be subject to an additional $25 surcharge.

Expect shipping times to take 7-14 days. Customs delays are out of our control. Any duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

We cannot reimburse shipping costs for international product delivery or return costs. We do not accept or process international returns of opened jars

International Shipping

We'd love to hand-deliver the product to you if we could! - unfortunately, occasional USPS delays are out of our control. Please contact your local post office with any questions or special instructions on your shipment or to inquire about delays.
