Lignans are bioactive, non-nutrient, non-caloric phenolic phytochemicals found in flax seeds.

Suggested Use
Take 1 to 2 teaspoons daily. Shake well to stir contents. Use in salad dressings (Greek salad); hummus and pesto; on vegetables, pasta, rice and potatoes; combines well with tofu, garlic and onions.

Refrigeration recommended upon receipt of product; but this liquid product is safe for
UP TO 2 weeks without refrigeration.
For maximum absorption and beneficial utilization of Omega-3 in Flax Seed Oil, avoid using hydrogenated products (such as some margarines and shortening) and refined oils, both which contain harmful Trans Fatty Acids. Sediment deposits occur naturally in unrefined oils.
Short Shelf Life: Item has a short shelf life of 6 months or less.
