Target gb-X is a probiotic supplement specifically designed to support positive mood by influencing the gut-brain axis through the microbiome. It is powered by Ecologic BARRIER, a 5B CFU blend of 9 probiotic strains, that has been clinically shown to decrease overall cognitive reactivity to sad mood, rumination, negative thoughts, and aggressive thoughts. Heightened cognitive reactivity to sad mood is an established risk factor for more serious mood alterations in otherwise healthy individuals, and is therefore considered an important target for interventions.

Suggested Use
