HerbatoninPRO is the first, and to our knowledge, only plant-based melatonin product. It is sourced from rice, chlorella and grass, while other melatonin products are either animal based – derived from the brains (pineal glands) of mammals, usually cows or pigs; or synthetically produced, often from petro chemicals in a lab.
HerbatoninPRO is delivered in a vegetarian capsule that contains NO chemicals, excipients, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors, sucrose, yeast, dairy, soy, wheat, corn or gluten. Many melatonin products contain one or more of the components above.
HerbatoninPRO has natural slow-release characteristics.
Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland that aids sleeping patterns and bio-rhythm regulation. It has been proven to have many health benefits including

However, research has shown that condition related dosing is critical when using melatonin. With dosages ranging from 0.3mg to 50mg, melatonin has one of the broadest dosing potentials of any hormone. Too much melatonin can result in side effects ranging from reduced sensitivity of receptor sites, making harder to fall asleep and drowsiness the next day. On average, the body produces 0.1mg to 0.8mg of melatonin per day depending on age, with 0.3mg seen as the appropriate physiological dose.
Suggested Use:
Take 1 capsule once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If you are taking any medications or have lymphoproliferative disorder, consult your doctor before use.
HerbatoninPRO is available in two different strengths, 0.3mg and 3mg. HerbatoninPRO 3mg is a dose primarily used short-term for 3-10 days to support.
