Suggested Use
Adults: 2 capsules daily with food, preferably in the morning with breakfast, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), and silicon dioxide.
