A water soluble vitamin, Vitamin B-12 is not stored in the body and must be acquired from the foods you eat or the supplements you take. One micro tablet of our dual-action B-12 provides 2,000 mcg (or 33,333% RDA) of Vitamin B-12 from Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin – both biologically active forms of B-12 in the body.
