Suggested Use
1 softgel 2 times per day with food or as directed by a health care professional. May also be chewed. Consult a health care professional for use beyond 3 months.

Warnings

Consult your health care professional if you are taking medications such as metformin. Berberine has been shown to increase levels of cyclosporin A, and combined use should be avoided. Berberine may inhibit cytochrome enzymes CYP2D6, CYP3A4, and CYP2C9, and the use of medications metabolized by these enzymes should be monitored.
