Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule 1 - 3 times per day, or as directed by a health care practitioner. For children (4-6 years old), open up the capsule(s), and take as powder; for 0-3 years old, mix powder with liquid. Take at least 2-3 hours away from the use of antibiotic(s).
