Suggested Use
Adults - Take 1 capsule with meal, 3 times per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or taking any medication. Store at room temperature away from heat and moisture (20±5oC/ 40±10%RH). Please finish consuming the product within 60 days after opening. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
