Kids need more vitamin D than they often get from food or sunshine alone, especially in winter months or with frequent sunscreen use. D3 Dynamo delivers 10mcg (400IU) of vegan vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Suggested Use: Take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
