Fura-Mag™ uses magnesium fumarate which is a fully reacted organically bound magnesium salt. * Fully reacted means the magnesium is chemically bound to fumarate, rather than just mixed together with fumarate. Organically bound means the fumarate is an organic molecule which is naturally found in the body. Both of these factors together offer superior bioavailability, as compared to other magnesium salts on the market.*

Fura-Mag™ is also formulated with Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride). When combined with magnesium vitamin B6 is known to enhance the absorption of magnesium into cells, further improving the bioavailability of this magnesium product.*
