Fx Chocolate® Exhale contains 100 mg of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and 100 mg of L-theanine per serving to promote mental and emotional calm without impairing focus and attention.* GABA is a naturally occurring amino acid found in the brain and the main inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system that works by slowing down the activity of nerve cells and preventing them from over-firing, helping to support a normal response to stress and occasional anxiety.* L-theanine is an amino acid found mainly in green tea and is known to promote a sense of calm and a healthy response to stress.* GABA and L-theanine may help promote restful sleep as a result of supporting a calm mind.* Fx Chocolate® contains zero grams of sugar and is sweetened with allulose, a sweetening agent that is found naturally in jackfruit, figs, and raisins, with no bitterness or unpleasant aftertaste.
Recommended Use: Consume 1 square of Fx Chocolate® Exhale once per day. Do not exceed 2 squares per day.
