Product Description
Glucosamine and chondroitin are the primary building blocks of gycosaminoglycans, which are the building blocks for larger proteoglycans. This formula at 3 capsules per day provides glucosamine (shellfish extract) at 1500 mg and chondroitin (beef cartilage extract) at 1200 mg consistent with the levels used in the three-year double blind, placebo controlled Glucosamine Arthritis Intervention Trial (G. A. I. T.).
