Glycine is the smallest of amino acid molecules, yet extremely important in liver detoxification pathways, and the production of glutathione, DNA, and hemoglobin.
It has a slightly sweet taste and can be dissolved into a bedtime beverage to promote relaxation before sleep.
Suggested Use:
One (1) scoop (1/4 teaspoon, 1000 mg) in 10 oz. of liquid. Pure glycine powder may be easily combined with water, fruit juice or other liquids.
Caution: Pregnant or lactating women, consult your healthcare professional before taking this product. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.
Discontinue if diarrhea occurs.
