Glycine is the smallest of amino acid molecules, yet extremely important in liver detoxification pathways, and the production of glutathione, DNA, and hemoglobin.
It has a slightly sweet taste and can be dissolved into a bedtime beverage to promote relaxation before sleep.
Suggested Use
1/4 teaspoon (1000 mg) in 10 oz of liquid as a nutritional sweetener.
