Methylcobalamin is the form of vitamin B12 that supports brain and nerve health; it is called "neurologically active." Your cells have to convert regular B12 (cyanocobalamin) into methylcobalamin.
Suggested Use: Shake. Spray once or more under tongue, or as recommended by your health care professional. For best results, hold in mouth for 20 seconds before swallowing.
