Methyl FMT combines activated forms of B6, folate, and B12 with B2, B3, trimethylglycine (betaine) and cofactors magnesium and zinc. Suggested Use
Take capsules based on the appropriate age group below or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed suggested use.
