Suggested Use: For occasional support, take 10 drops 2-8 times per day as needed or as directed by your health care professional.
Keep the bottle tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature between 59 and 86 F (15-30 C). Shake well before use. With the liquid dropper, add the drops to a 4-ounce glass of water (not distilled or reverse osmosis). The water should not be hot.
