Cashews are a plentiful source of minerals like iron, magnesium and phosphorus. They also contain small amounts of zinc, potassium & selenium. A tasty and crunchy treat that you can enjoy raw, or roasted and salted. Eat from the bag, make cashew milk, add them to trail mixes, or chop and toss them into baked goods or onto your next salad along with one of our gourmet superfood salad dressings.

Suggested Use
Recipe: Dairy Free Cheese Sauce:

1 cup cashews (soaked 2+ hours), ½ red bell pepper, 4 tbsp nutritional yeast, 2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds, 2½ tbsp lemon juice, 1½ tsp Himalayan pink salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, ¼ - ½ cup water. Place everything in a blender or food processor and blend together until smooth and creamy. Enjoy with our snack crackers or cut vegetable!
