Organic Sunflower Lecithin
Foods Alive's cold-pressed sunflower lecithin doesn't contain chemicals or anything artificial, never refined, and is soy-free. Sunflower lecithin has phosphatidyl choline, the most abundant phospholipid in the cell membrane, as well as other important phosphatides. Lecithin aids emulsifying fats, enabling fats and water to stay together. Also makes a great binding agent for nut milks.

Suggested Use
Sunflower lecithin can be used as a supplement. However, since sunflower lecithin works great as a plant-based thickener or binding agent it works great when making your favorite nut milk (or any beverage of choice), making chocolate, salad dressing, sauce, soup, or even frosting. You can even use it in bread or desserts such as cookies or cake or anything else you can think of.
