Directions to Use
Take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, 30 minutes before meals. Individuals weighing more than 190 lbs: take 2 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening. Individuals with slow bowel elimination may take 3 capsules at night.*
Individuals with acid reflux may take 1 capsule after every meal.
SIDE EFFECTS:

INTERACTIONS:
