Detail Overview
Pregnenolone is an endogenous steroid and precursor/metabolic intermediate in the biosynthesis of most of the steroid hormones, including the progestogens, androgens, estrogens, glucocorticoids, and mineralocorticoids. In addition, pregnenolone is biologically active as a neurosteroid.† Pregnenolone levels drop dramatically after age 30. Research indicates that restoration of pregnenolone to the levels of healthy young adults may have a positive effect on memory, mood, and energy.† Physiologically active pregnenolone, derived from natural diosgenin sterols, is micronized to a very small particle size to facilitate absorption.

Suggested Use
Adults: 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
