How to Use
Adults take 2 tablets daily with food. If desired, take 1 tablet twice daily with food. For more active support, take 2 tablets twice daily. Not formulated for children. Take only as directed. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or attempting to become pregnant. If you have a hormone-sensitive condition, gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, blood clotting disorder, a medical condition, or if you are taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. A harmless but noticeable change in urine color may occur during usage of this product.
