Use 1 serving per day. Smoothies, yogurt, cereal, beverages, baking. Smoothie Recipe: "Pina Moringa" (Serves 1) - 1 heaping teaspoon of organic moringa powder- 1 cup coconut water - 1 cup pineapple - 1 banana
