RestorFlora™ PD is a gut recovery probiotic supplement that helps patients maintain a healthy gut microbial composition during and after some medication use. RestorFlora™ PD contains probiotics that maintain potency and simultaneously support immune function.
Unlike other probiotic strains, RestorFlora™ PD contains strictly spore-forming bacterial species.
Spore-forming microbes have a resilient coat that makes them resistant to gastric acids, digestive enzymes, temperature fluctuations, and other harsh conditions. Thus, they retain their potency and effectiveness throughout the digestive process and arrive ready to work their magic in the gut.
Suggested Use: Ages 5+: First 7 days, take 2 capsules/day at the same time after a meal or as directed by your pharmacist during certain medication therapy. For the following 7 days, take 1 capsule/day after a meal or as directed by your pharmacist for 7 days. Capsules can be opened, and contents sprinkled on soft foods, water, juice, or other non-carbonated beverages for easy consumption.
Storage
Shelf-Life: Stability in unopened container: 2 years. No need for refrigeration. Room temperature storage is acceptable.
