Suggested Use
Hista-Aid®: Take 4 pumps as needed. Hold in mouth 30 - 90 seconds before swallowing. May be repeated up to 8 pumps for advanced cases. May be mixed into water. Best taken on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant, breast-feeding or planning to become pregnant, consult your physician before use.
Quinton® Daily Nasal Spray: Use 1 to 6 times a day. Daily use, no restrictions. Suitable for adults and children 6 years and older.
- Attach the nozzle to the bottle. Press the nozzle until it produces a spray.
- Carefully insert the end of the nozzle into one nostril and tilt your head to the opposite side.
- Press the nozzle and inhale until it is completely washed.
- Repeat the process in the second nostril.
- When finished, wash the nozzle with soapy water.
