Shilajit is a mineral-rich resin found on or oozing from rocks in the Himalayan mountains. It has been formed for centuries by the gradual decomposition of certain plants by the action of microorganisms. Our nutrient-rich resin contains 75% naturally occurring fulvic acid, humic acid, and a full spectrum of ionic trace minerals from ConcenTrace®. Suggested Use:
Take a pea sized quantity (500 mg) daily with provided stick. Mix with lukewarm water, tea, or milk.
