Jarrow Formulas® trans-Pterostilbene features Silbinol® (from Pterocarpus marsupium) a natural plant source of trans-Pterostilbene. Pterostilbene is an antioxidant in blueberries and is a methylated form of resveratrol that exhibits better bioavailability than resveratrol.* trans-Pterostilbene benefits include its ability to activate sirtuin enzymes, which help to support healthy aging by regulating gene expression, mitochondrial function, and energy metabolism.*
