Contraindications
No significant contraindications.

Drug Interactions
Although existing evidence has not found an interaction, CoQ10 resembles vitamin K structurally, potentially interfering with the anticoagulant warfarin. Close monitoring of the INR is recommended with CoQ10 introduction in these patients.
