How to Use
Adults take 3 capsules twice daily with food or an 8 ounce glass of water.

Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or under 12 years of age. If you have kidney disease or if you are taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. This product should not be taken for more than 14 consecutive days, unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
