Suggested Use
Adults - Take 1 capsule a day, or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 3 month to see beneficial effects.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy.
