How it Works
Vitamin E is essential for maintaining the integrity, function, and flexibility of cell membranes. Vitamin E is also an important fat soluble antioxidant.* Fat soluble antioxidants help to protect cellular structures, especially membranes from free radical attack. Selenium is an essential trace mineral that has been included to complement vitamin E.
Suggested Usage
Take 1 softgel daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Cautions / Interactions
For adults only. Vitamin E may interact with blood thinning medications, including anticoagulant, anti-platelet and anti-inflammatory medications. It may also interact with cyclosporine and some chemotherapy regimens. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are planning to have surgery. Keep out of reach of children.
