Supplement Facts
Suggested Use
Adults/Children 3 and over: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) three times daily.
Children under 3: 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) three times daily.
Warnings
Most effective before meals. For sensitive adults and children, an introduction period is recommended. Start with 1/8 teaspoon (0.5 ml) daily, slowly working up to the recommended usage.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, allergic to trace minerals, or if you have any chronic or reoccurring symptoms or illness, consult your doctor before using this product.
Shake gently before use as natural sediment occurs. Best consumed alone or in dechlorinated water. Keep out of reach of children. No refrigeration needed.
