FIBER (CLINICAL FIBER) TABS
Contains three types of fiber; Oat fiber, high in a fraction called pentosan, a fiber shown to have excellent protective action. Guar gum, a soluble fiber, shown to play a role in weight control and blood lipid regulation. Psyllium, a bulk fiber, a fiber supplement and bulk laxative.
Directions: Take three tablets, 3 0 minutes prior to meals with at least 8 oz. of water. Because this product contains fiber, it is recommended to consume adequate fluids throughout the day.
Notice: This product should be consumed with at least a full glass of liquid. Consuming this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not consume this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
